From the IDB: "The objective of this Technical Cooperation is to carry out an exchange of experiences and lessons learned between the Republic of Ecuador and Honduras on the planning and introduction of renewable energy in island systems. " They will use the results from similar projects executed in the Galapagos Islands of Ecuador as a case study to inform decisions in this project.
