Project Description

Brindar asistencia técnica para fortalecer la prestación de servicios de salud en todos los niveles de la red de atención y mejorar la eficiencia operativa y el impacto del proyecto PRORISS. Los objetivos específicos son: (i) fortalecer la gobernanza y la coordinación dentro del MSPAS y la unidad de ejecución; (ii) brindar asistencia técnica de alto nivel para mejorar la capacidad del MSPAS en áreas prioritarias como salud digital, construcción y supervisión de hospitales, implementación del centro nacional de sangre; (iv) mejorar los sistemas de información, monitoreo y evaluación de la salud; (v) aumentar la eficiencia operativa de la implementación del préstamo fortaleciendo la unidad de ejecución; y (vi) apoyar la estrategia de comunicación del MSPAS sobre los resultados del préstamo del BID.

Si presenta una queja ante el MICI, este podrá ayudarle a resolver los problemas que planteó mediante un proceso de solución de controversias con los responsables de la ejecución del proyecto y/o mediante una investigación para determinar si el BID o la CII están cumpliendo con sus propias políticas para prevenir o mitigar los daños a las personas o al medio ambiente.
