Project Description

Define and implement a sustainability strategy for the urban and rural infrastructure of Water and Sanitation built by the Potable Water and Sanitation Program for Human Development (Phase I), to ensure that the municipalities and INFOM/UNEPAR in coordination with municipalities - water boards/COCODES provide efficient and self-sustaining services to the population.

If you submit a complaint to MICI, they may assist you in addressing the problems you raised through a dispute-resolution process with those implementing the project and/or through an investigation to assess whether the IDB or IIC is following its own policies for preventing or mitigating harm to people or the environment.
