Support the design of the operation "Strengthening of customs infrastructure" through the development of technical studies related to operational efficiency of the main border crossing points in Guatemala, reduction in operating costs and delivery times in the processes of management and control of people and goods, better exchange of information through the implementation of systems and technology, among other topics.

If you submit a complaint to MICI, they may assist you in addressing the problems you raised through a dispute-resolution process with those implementing the project and/or through an investigation to assess whether the IDB or IIC is following its own policies for preventing or mitigating harm to people or the environment.
