Objetivo de la CT: Fortalecer la elaboración e implementación del Programa de Facilitación del Comercio y Modernización de la Operación Portuaria (ES-L1157), mediante el financiamiento de: (i) estudios técnicos, incluyendo estudios de ingeniería y otros; (ii) estudios de esquemas alternativos de financiamiento para el desarrollo del Puerto de Acajutla; (iii) género y diversidad; y (iv) cambio climático; así como cuestiones ambientales y sociales.
