According to the IADB, the objective of technical cooperation is to support the Ministry of Labor of Ecuador in carrying out the implementation of the impact assessment of the labor competencies program of the Support for Commitment to Employment program for the Effectiveness of Employment Policies funded by the BID EC-L1284 credit project.
