Implement an effective real-time data platform for the management of the COVID-19 crisis for Ecuador. A Meta Base for data analysis will be built with information from various sources that will allow data analysis and processing in order to provide the national authorities with updated, effective and captured information in real time on the state of the situation in the territories. This platform will allow more effective use of resources by national and local authorities, management of health resources focused on critical areas determined in real time and directing the public force effectively to achieve control of the population in a moment critical. Finally, it makes available the use of personalized contact technology that allows citizens to have alerts, precautionary measures and information on the state of affairs in the territory. Grupo Link and Kin Analytics are aware of the ethical, responsible and confidential use of data and seek support to make this a quickly replicable model in other countries in the region.
The country's counterpart ammounts to USD 68,339.
ACCOUNTABILITY MECHANISM OF IADB
The Independent Consultation and Investigation Mechanism (MICI) is the independent complaint mechanism and fact-finding body for people who have been or are likely to be adversely affected by an Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) or Inter-American Investment Corporation (IIC)-funded project. If you submit a complaint to MICI, they may assist you in addressing the problems you raised through a dispute-resolution process with those implementing the project and/or through an investigation to assess whether the IDB or IIC is following its own policies for preventing or mitigating harm to people or the environment. You can submit a complaint by sending an email to MICI@iadb.org. You can learn more about the MICI and how to file a complaint at http://www.iadb.org/en/mici/mici,1752.html (in English) or http://www.iadb.org/es/mici/mici,1752.html (Spanish).
