To support the implementation of policies, services, and programs related to the Public Policy on Gender Equity for Women (CONPES 4080) and the design and implementation of the National Care Policy. Specific objectives: (i) Strengthen gender-based violence prevention programs, and services for the promotion of women's autonomy in all their diversity; (ii) Promote the recognition, reduction, and redistribution of unpaid care work focusing on caregivers; (iii) Support the design and definition of social policies, the improvement of care services and strengthening information systems.
ACCOUNTABILITY MECHANISM OF IADB
The Independent Consultation and Investigation Mechanism (MICI) is the independent complaint mechanism and fact-finding body for people who have been or are likely to be adversely affected by an Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) or Inter-American Investment Corporation (IIC)-funded project. If you submit a complaint to MICI, they may assist you in addressing the problems you raised through a dispute-resolution process with those implementing the project and/or through an investigation to assess whether the IDB or IIC is following its own policies for preventing or mitigating harm to people or the environment.
