Project Description

Improve tax collection levels through the technological and organizational modernization of the DIAN. The specific objectives are: (i) deepen and extend the digitalization of the management and control of tax collection, which began with the implementation of the electronic invoice; (ii) development and implementation of the electronic payroll; (iii) development and implementation of the electronic fiscal audit and intelligence; (iv) development of a comprehensive risk system for tax management; (v) development of an electronic system to control the movement of cargo.

If you submit a complaint to MICI, they may assist you in addressing the problems you raised through a dispute-resolution process with those implementing the project and/or through an investigation to assess whether the IDB or IIC is following its own policies for preventing or mitigating harm to people or the environment.
