Project Description
The general objective of the program is to contribute to the reconstruction of the municipality of Mocoa (Department of Putumayo), and to carry out the development of the Sewer Master Plan, in order to improve the conditions and indicators of the municipality. The specific objectives are to contribute to: (i) carry out the design and implementation of the sewer master plan; (Ii) improve the provision of water and sewerage services; and (iii) improve the local government's capacity for planning, land management and risk management.
