According to the Bank’s website, the objective of the technical cooperation is to support the preparation of the Support Program for the Housing Emergency Plan and Containment of the Urban Deficit of the Ministry of Housing and Urbanism of Chile. The TC will support aspects related to the implementation of the program to contribute to the reduction of the housing deficit that Chile faces from the financing of capacity building activities and the installation of technologies in the MINVU systems, development of land bank, design of models protected lease management, and generation of green and low-carbon intersectoral housing and social infrastructure with non-traditional construction systems. In addition, it will generate inter-ministerial coordination models and the design of a communication plan for the achievements
