The general objective of this TC is to contribute to the efforts of the Government of Chile to strengthen and consolidating the legal and institutional framework for the prevention and control of corruption and the promotion of transparency. Specifically, this TC will enable studies, generate policy management instruments, and develop awareness-raising and training activities that enable the implementation of a set of medium to long term policy actions and gradual implementation, which the Government of Chile has been defining in the last two years.
This Technical Cooperation will enable studies, generate policy management instruments, and develop awareness-raising and training activities that enable the implementation of a set of medium to long term policy actions and gradual implementation, which the Government of Chile has been defining in the last two years; some of which directly contribute to mitigate the risks associated with the declared health emergency in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic. In addition to transparency and accountability, in crisis contexts more and more information, updated and from different sources, is also required to strengthen decision-making.
