Project Description
The Technical Cooperation project will contribute to an inclusive economic development in the Chilean Patagonia through the implementation of a business accelerator that will support micro and small businesses with growth potential (SGBS Small and Growing Businesses) in the southern regions of Chile: Magallanes, Aysen and Los Lagos. The goal of the project is the generation of 35% average increases in sales of the companies that participate of the Advanced Accelerator portfolio. The expected result is to consolidate a regional platform to support and facilitate access to markets and finance for micro and small businesses with growth potential.

  • Inter-American Development Bank (IADB)
This Technical Cooperation has a total cost of US$950,000. The IADB's Multilateral Investment Fund (MIF) is financing up to 150,000 through its Small Enterprise Development Facility. The remaining US$800,000 will come through Country Counterpart Financing.
