Project Description

The objective of this TC is to contribute to strengthening the institutional capacity of the implementation scheme of BR-L1672 Sustainable Regional Development Financing Project: North, Northeast, and Center-West, by expanding and enhancing its technical capacity and its socio-environmental, climate, integrity, and financial management capabilities, as well as by optimizing the key processes of the operation to achieve the results of BR-L1672.

The Independent Consultation and Investigation Mechanism (MICI) is the independent complaint mechanism and fact-finding body for people who have been or are likely to be adversely affected by an Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) or Inter-American Investment Corporation (IDB Invest)-funded project.
