The general objective of this TC is to strengthen the institutional capacity of Public Development Banks in Rio Grande do Sul to support the region's recovery from the flooding disaster. The specific objective of this TC is to support development banks that operate in the region in the diagnosis of financial needs and design of adequate financial solutions with gender and indigenous people lenses to support the recovery and continuity of economic activities through SME credit, and financing for resilient and sustainable infrastructure projects, including sustainable urbanization and reconstruction of essential infrastructures.
