The objective of this TC is to support the dialogue and preparation of operations under ProSocial's CCLIP, which has the goal of increase efficiency in the administration of social spending in Brazil. This CCLIP, an multisectoral type II (MM-II) according to CCLIP's policy GN-2246-13, contemplates multisectoral interventions that cover services throughout the citizen's life cycle, including actions in: (i) early childhood development; (ii) education (primary and secondary); (iii) health; (iv) labor markets; and (v) pension systems. This TC will focus on designing operations regarding the education sector.

The Independent Consultation and Investigation Mechanism (MICI) is the independent complaint mechanism and fact-finding body for people who have been or are likely to be adversely affected by an Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) or Inter-American Investment Corporation (IDB Invest)-funded project.
