Project Description

The overall objective of the Program is to ensure the modernization process of the Judiciary of the State of Espirito Santo, adapting it to contemporary demands, through planned and coordinated actions to improve institutional governance instruments, digital transformation and strategic management aimed at , thus increasing the efficiency of the Judiciary in Espirito Santo and expanding access to justice for its population.

The Independent Consultation and Investigation Mechanism (MICI) is the independent complaint mechanism and fact-finding body for people who have been or are likely to be adversely affected by an Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) or Inter-American Investment Corporation (IDB Invest)-funded project.
