Project Description

Jobecam, one of the selected proposals of the gender and artificial intelligence challenge, is an HR Tech platform that helps companies reduce unconscious bias in the recruitment and selection process. The objetive of the project is for Jobecam to help companies and organizations avoid unconscious bias in the recruitment process as a first step to deconstruct the patriarchal culture that prevails in society.

ACCOUNTABILITY MECHANISM OF IDB / IDB INVEST

The Independent Consultation and Investigation Mechanism (MICI) is the independent complaint mechanism and fact-finding body for people who have been or are likely to be adversely affected by an Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) or Inter-American Investment Corporation (IDB Invest)-funded project.
