Project Description

El préstamo, que será ejecutado por la Administradora Boliviana de Carreteras (ABC), se destinará al Proyecto de construcción de la carretera El Sena - Peña Amarilla - El Chorro. El objetivo del proyecto es mejorar las condiciones de tránsito y la conectividad de los departamentos de Beni y Pando, y para construir y pavimentar el tramo de carretera El Sena - Peña Amarilla - El Chorro, perteneciente a la Ruta N° F-13 de la Red Vial Fundamental (RVF), que a su vez potenciará la integración con Brasil y Perú.

La construcción contribuirá a reducir los tiempos de viaje, mejorar el estándar de seguridad vial, impulsar la integración física y el comercio internacional de Bolivia, promover la expansión y diversificación de la producción agropecuaria de la zona de influencia, así como fomentar el desarrollo socioeconómico de la población del área.
