According to the IADB, the general objective of the TC is to support the preparation and execution of the Barbados Climate Resilient South Coast Water Reclamation Project. Specific objectives of the TC are to: (i) enhance the technical, procurement and project management capacity of the Barbados Water Authority; and (ii) strengthen the environmental studies and climate resilience communication in project execution.
