Project Description

The objective of the TC is to advance the smart spending agenda by sharing evidence-based strategies for strengthening all four dimensions of educational financing; foster dialogue between Education and Finance Ministries on balancing fiscal constraints with educational needs; share successful experiences of countries that have implemented comprehensive reforms; build regional consensus on the importance of combining increased investment with structural reforms; and explore how countries can adapt successful practices to their specific contexts while navigating the inherent trade-offs in educational financing.

If you submit a complaint to MICI, they may assist you in addressing the problems you raised through a dispute-resolution process with those implementing the project and/or through an investigation to assess whether the IDB or IIC is following its own policies for preventing or mitigating harm to people or the environment.
