Project Description

According to the IADB, the objective of this Technical Cooperation (TC) is to continue providing support to the implementation and evaluation of the Program AR L1280, financed with resources from the Green Climate Fund (GCF) . In particular, the TC is intended to improve access to financial and non-financial instruments and operational mechanisms to increase EE and RE investments by SME.
