According to the Bank´s website, the objective of the Technical Cooperation is to support the implementation of the loan operation "Program for the Strengthening and Integration of Health Networks of the Province of Buenos Aires - PROFIR II". The Specific Development Objective of the operation is to strengthen, in the context of operation AR-L1340, the state capacities to improve the effectiveness and integration of health services of different complexity and to accompany the implementation while safeguarding the environment and the social context of the community.

ACCOUNTABILITY MECHANISM OF IADB
The Independent Consultation and Investigation Mechanism (MICI) is the independent complaint mechanism and fact-finding body for people who have been or are likely to be adversely affected by an Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) or Inter-American Investment Corporation (IIC)-funded project.
