MINCYT has requested technical cooperation from the Bank to carry out a series of diagnostics, studies and pilot tests that contribute to the implementation of the main measures of the 2016-2020 Agenda. In particular, the themes prioritized by MINCYT for this technical cooperation are the following: (i) new intervention modalities to develop innovations that favor the integration of small producers in the global economy, (ii) schemes for the valorization of scientific knowledge and technologies developed by Argentine researchers, (iii) novel methodologies to promote the incorporation of advanced human capital in companies, (iv) new tools to support business innovation based on tax incentives and reimbursable contributions and (v) articulation between national and provincial policies of CTI .

ACCOUNTABILITY MECHANISM OF IADB
The Independent Consultation and Investigation Mechanism (MICI) is the independent complaint mechanism and fact-finding body for people who have been or are likely to be adversely affected by an Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) or Inter-American Investment Corporation (IIC)-funded project.
