According to the IADB, the overall objective of the CCLIP is to improve agricultural productivity and rural household incomes in Argentina in an inclusive and climate-resilient manner. Its specific objectives include: (i) reducing agricultural production logistics costs in the intervention areas; (ii) increasing the adoption of sustainable agricultural technologies and practices and strengthening the productive, financial, and commercial inclusion of small-scale producers; and (iii) enhancing the management and response capacity of production systems and rural households in the face of climate risks. The overall development objective of the second operation under the CCLIP is to contribute to increasing agricultural productivity and rural incomes in the Province of Misiones (PdM). The specific development objectives are: (i) increasing access to electricity and improving the quality of the electricity supply in rural areas; and (ii) improving traffic conditions on Provincial Route 205 (RP205) to facilitate access to Fachinal and its rural areas.

ACCOUNTABILITY MECHANISM OF IADB
The Independent Consultation and Investigation Mechanism (MICI) is the independent complaint mechanism and fact-finding body for people who have been or are likely to be adversely affected by an Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) or Inter-American Investment Corporation (IIC)-funded project. If you submit a complaint to MICI, they may assist you in addressing the problems you raised through a dispute-resolution process with those implementing the project and/or through an investigation to assess whether the IDB or IIC is following its own policies for preventing or mitigating harm to people or the environment.
