According to the IADB, the objective of the Program is to contribute to the improvement in the productivity of small and medium agricultural producers and agri-food SMEs, with a focus on mitigation and adaptation to climate change, and in particular meeting the demands of non-Pampean regions.
According to project documents disclosed by the IADB, the EIB is co-financing the project with US$ 160.747.500, and the Government of Argentina with US$ 25 milion.

The Independent Consultation and Investigation Mechanism (MICI) is the independent complaint mechanism and fact-finding body for people who have been or are likely to be adversely affected by an Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) or Inter-American Investment Corporation (IIC)-funded project.
