Project Description
If provided by the financial institution, the Early Warning System Team writes a short summary describing the purported development objective of the project and project components. Review the complete project documentation for a detailed description.

As stated by the World Bank, the development objective is to improve access to land and property registration information and counseling services for women, youth, and vulnerable persons in Kosovo.

In this regard, a Recipient-Executed small grant from the State and Peacebuilding Fund is being prepared to provide CSO networks in Kosovo with funds to foster partnerships for the benefit of the country’s land sector and to emphasize the benefits of land and property registration for inclusive, socio-economic development.
The grant activities and objectives will help to build better methods of public outreach and awareness in partnership between the Kosovo Cadastral Agency and CSOs. It will also help to facilitate dialogue to help beneficiaries voice their needs and build their understanding of the benefits of land and property registration.

Early Warning System Project Analysis
For a project with severe or irreversible impacts to local community and natural resources, the Early Warning System Team may conduct a thorough analysis regarding its potential impacts to human and environmental rights.

The overall project risk is "Low" according to the World Bank.
