According to bank documents, the project objective is to provide cash support to poor and vulnerable households affected by the COVID-19 pandemic and contribute to strengthening the social protection system in Tunisia.
The proposed additional funding will continue to support the AMEN Social program to ensure the provision of cash transfers to poor and vulnerable households to alleviate the impact of the crises and further strengthen the capacity of the social assistance system to respond to economic shocks. The components of the Parent project will be revised and include:
