Project Description

According to bank documents, "The proposed operation focuseson two Program Development Objectives, namely i) strengthening fiscal management in the areas of debt management and cash management; and ii) strengthening the foundations for inclusive and sustainable growth through simplifying tax processes, fighting corruption and supporting more efficient payments systems."
