IFC will provide services related to the long-term development of the tempeh and soybean ecosystem in Indonesia by assessing the following aspects of that ecosystem: Supply chain, finance, SME role and capacity, and environmental, social, and governance capacity.
The project will support FKS to: (i) design, develop and deploy a digital platform for the soybean ecosystem (including distributors, retailers, and tempeh producers), and (ii) provide capacity building for the soybean ecosystem in aspects such as financing, training, supply chain, product R&D, and environmental, social, and governance.
As stated by Bloomberg, PT FKS Multi Agro Tbk manufactures animal feeds such as fish meal, fish oil and feather meal. The Company also trades soybean meal, meat and bone meal, corn.
