Project Description

According to the bank's website, the proposed investment is "an equity investment of up to US$20 million in Vertex Ventures (SG) SEA V LP, (“Vertex” or “the Fund”), a Singapore domiciled fund focused on investing in early-stage technology companies in Southeast Asia and India. The fund is a Singapore Limited Partnership that is managed by Vertex Ventures SEA Management Pte. Ltd., a Singapore-based fund manager. The IFC is also requesting a US$20 million delegated authority co-investment envelope."
