According to the bank's website, "The proposed investment to ACLEDA Bank Plc. (“ACLEDA” or the “Bank”) consists of an up to US$ 200 million 5-year senior loan to support ACLEDA to expand its lending program to small and medium enterprises (“SMEs”) and women-owned SMEs, who play an important role within the economy and contribute towards job creation in Cambodia (the “Project”). The proposed investment will include an IFC A Loan of up to US$ 100 million for IFC's own account and a syndicated loan of up to US$ 100 million."
