The proposed transaction consists of a renewable, unsecured senior A/B loan to Banco Comafi S.A. ("Comafi") for an amount of up to US$100 million, comprised of: (i) Tranche I: a committed tranche consisting of an A Loan of up to US$25 million to be financed by IDB Invest; (ii) Tranche II: an uncommitted tranche consisting of an A Loan of up to US$25 million to be financed by IDB Invest; and (iii) an approximately US$50 million B Loan to be financed by institutional investors. The transaction will have a tenor of up to three years, with up to one year grace period and the possibility of renewal at the sole discretion of IDB Invest for up to two additional periods of up to three years each. The objective of the transaction is to support Banco Comafi in the growth of its Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise ("SME") loan portfolio in Argentina.
