The proposed financing to Ovobrand S.A. consists of a loan of up to US$20 million, with a term of up to 10 years, including a 2-year grace period. Through this financing, we will support the Company's expansion plan at its plant in Brandsen, Buenos Aires; CAPEX investments related to the biogas plant as well as the project for a new complex to increase production capacity, the improvement and adaptation of the current traditional production facilities to new practices that promote environmental protection and animal welfare, including the necessary equipment, while also promoting sustainable practices.
Ovobrand S.A. is a leading Argentine Company in the production and processing of eggs and egg products (liquid and powdered), renowned for its full vertical integration in Brandsen, Buenos Aires. Founded in 2008, the Company operates under high standards of biosecurity, automation, and sustainability, exporting a significant portion of its production.
