De acuerdo con el IDB Invest, la transaccion propuesta consiste en: (i) un Prestamo Senior Garantizado Comprometido de hasta US$10 millones que podra ser utilizado por Hada Internacional S.A.S. o Cosmeticos Trujillo S.A. de C.V., con el objetivo de expandir y/o modernizar la capacidad productiva del Grupo Hada ("Prestamo Senior Comprometido"); (ii) un Prestamo Senior Garantizado No Comprometido de hasta US$ 5 millones para el mismo uso de fondos ("Prestamo Senior No Comprometido"), (iii) y una linea de credito revolvente no comprometida y sin garantia, para ser utilizada por Hada International S.A.S. o Cosmeticos Trujillo S.A. de C.V., de hasta US$10 millones (o su equivalente en MXN), destinada a financiar la importacion y compra de insumos, principalmente con el proposito de respaldar el incremento en la capacidad de produccion y satisfacer la demanda de los clientes ("Financiamiento de Importacion y Compra"). Ambos financiamientos estaran garantizados por Hada S.A., la empresa holding de Hada International S.A.S. y Cosmeticos Trujillo S.A. de C.V.
