The transaction consists of an investment in the Blue like an Orange Sustainable Capital Latin America Fund II (the "Sub-Fund II"), a sub-fund of the Blue like an Orange Sustainable Capital Fund SICAV-SIF SCS (the "Fund"), an impact investment private credit fund that aims at contributing to inclusive and sustainable development, by delivering both strong social impact and market-based risk-adjusted returns in emerging markets.
The Sub-Fund II is advised by Blue like an Orange (the "Fund Adviser" or "BlaO"), an impact and sustainability investor with proven track record financing sustainable impact in Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC).
According to the Environmental and Social Review Summary document, the Project has been categorized as FI-2 (medium risk).

ACCOUNTABILITY MECHANISM OF IDB / IDB INVEST
The Independent Consultation and Investigation Mechanism (MICI) is the independent complaint mechanism and fact-finding body for people who have been or are likely to be adversely affected by an Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) or Inter-American Investment Corporation (IDB Invest)-funded project. If you submit a complaint to MICI, they may assist you in addressing the problems you raised through a dispute-resolution process with those implementing the project and/or through an investigation to assess whether the IDB or IDB Invest is following its own policies for preventing or mitigating harm to people or the environment.
