The proposed project consists of a senior loan facility in local currency up to the equivalent in Mexican pesos of US$15 million to Consejo de Asistencia al Microemprendedor, S.A. de C.V., S.F.P. ("CAME", or the "Institution"). The loan term will be up to four years, with semi-annual principal payments and monthly interest payments. The loan proceeds will be used to grow the Institution's micro-finance and micro and small business portfolios, while encouraging financial inclusion.

ACCOUNTABILITY MECHANISM OF IDB / IDB INVEST
The Independent Consultation and Investigation Mechanism (MICI) is the independent complaint mechanism and fact-finding body for people who have been or are likely to be adversely affected by an Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) or Inter-American Investment Corporation (IDB Invest)-funded project.
