The New Juazeiro Bifacial Solar Power Project consists of the design, construction, operation and maintenance of a 187 megawatt peak ("MWp") bifacial photovoltaic power plant and other interconnection facilities to be located in the state of Bahia, Brazil (the "Project"). The Project will sell power through bilateral power purchase agreements with large industrial energy intensive users and to the spot market.

ACCOUNTABILITY MECHANISM OF IADB
The Independent Consultation and Investigation Mechanism (MICI) is the independent complaint mechanism and fact-finding body for people who have been or are likely to be adversely affected by an Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) or Inter-American Investment Corporation (IIC)-funded project.
