Project Description

According to the IADB, the general objective of this Technical Cooperation (TC) is to provide technical assistance to the National Financial Corporation (CFN) to foster productive business development and associated value chains through the financing of bio-businesses in the Eastern region of Ecuador, within the framework of the SME Productive Investment Financing Program (FIP Program) (EC-L1302; EC-G1024; and EC-T1618).

The Independent Consultation and Investigation Mechanism (MICI) is the independent complaint mechanism and fact-finding body for people who have been or are likely to be adversely affected by an Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) or Inter-American Investment Corporation (IIC)-funded project.
