Project Description
If provided by the financial institution, the Early Warning System Team writes a short summary describing the purported development objective of the project and project components. Review the complete project documentation for a detailed description.

As stated by the FMO, GreenYellow Smart Solutions is a SPV that belongs to Green Yellow Group, a developer of multiple rooftop solar photovoltaic installations located on the premises of large commercial and industrial consumers throughout Viet Nam. The electricity generated will be sold to a diversified group of offtakers.

The proposed debt package is dedicated to the funding of rooftop solar projects with an aggregated power capacity of up to 32.4 MWp.

The distributed generation nature of rooftop solar will improve the reliability of power supply and reduce Vietnam's reliance on its fossil-fuel based generation capacity.
