A Private Actor is a non-governmental body or entity that is the borrower or client of a development project, which can include corporations, private equity and banks. This describes the private actors and their roles in relation to the project, when private actor information is disclosed or has been further researched.

GB Logistics ("GBL" or the "Company") is the logistics arm of GB Corp (the "Guarantor" or the "Group") and operates as an Egyptian Integrated Service Provider ("IPS") offering end to end logistics and supply chain solutions to corporate clients including warehousing (bonded and nonbonded), transportation, freight forwarding, customs clearance, contract logistics, and supply chain management services in Egypt and internationally.

Originally established to provide integrated logistics services across the GB Corp Group and support vertical integration of its automotive and industrial businesses, GBL has progressively expanded its operations to serve a growing base of third-party customers, positioning itself as a standalone logistics provider.

GBL provides comprehensive, single-platform supply chain management, letting clients outsource critical logistics functions. Their integrated offerings eliminate the need for multiple vendors by combining storage, transportation, customs clearance, and freight forwarding into one seamless workflow.

GBL is 99.98% owned by RG Investment S.A.E, which, in turn, is 99.99% owned by GB Corp. GBL's operations are anchored by a large logistics hub in Sadat City providing bonded and non-bonded warehousing with onsite customs presence, supported by integrated warehouse and yard management systems.

ACCOUNTABILITY MECHANISM OF EBRD

The Project Complaint Mechanism (PCM) is the independent complaint mechanism and fact-finding body for people who have been or are likely to be adversely affected by an European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD)-financed project. If you submit a complaint to the PCM, it may assess compliance with EBRD's own policies and procedures to prevent harm to the environment or communities or it may assist you in resolving the problem that led to the complaint through a dialogue with those implementing the project. Additionally, the PCM has the authority to recommend a project be suspended in the event that harm is imminent.

You can contact the PCM at: pcm@ebrd.com or you can submit a complaint online using an online form at: http://www.ebrd.com/eform/pcm/complaint_form?language=en
