Project Description

According to the bank website, Heaven Holdings will expand its existing hotel complex in Kigali, Rwanda. The complex is composed of The Retreat, the first ecohotel to be fully solar-powered in Rwanda, as well as the Heaven Boutique Hotel, and Heaven Restaurant.

Under the United States Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), DFC is obliged to respond to reasonably formulated requests for Agency records.
