According to the CDB, the project will improve the efficiency, safety and climate resilience of the road network in Antigua.
The project entails the preparation of final designs, rehabilitation and upgrade of four corridors on the island of Antigua. Anchorage Road 1.44 km, Sir Sidney Walling Highway 14 km, Old Parham Road 2.9 km and Valley Road 9.45 km, a total of 27.8 km.
The firm responsible for construction works is C.O. Williams Construction Limited, a Barbadian born company that also has offices in St. Lucia.
A consulting firm for the project is EngineeringConstruction and Management Consulting (ECMC) Ltd, founded by Chartered Civil Engineer Egbert Louis in St. Lucia.
