According to the bank's website, "the Project is an expansion of Jingxing Malaysia's existing and operational wastepaper recycling facility in Selangor, on the east coast of Peninsular Malaysia. The existing operation has an installed wastepaper recycling line with the capacity to produce recycled pulp up to 800,000 metric tons per annum (mtpa). The USD 299 million CAPEX proposed for this project will fund the installation of a new, state-of-the-art recycling and packaging paper line with a capacity of up to 600,000 mtpa. Technology for the new production line is procured from Voith GmbH & Co., Germany (Voith), a company specializing in equipment and services for the pulp and paper industry".
