Project Description

According to the Bank’s website, this TA is the third cluster subproject under the overall cluster TA Strengthening Project Preparation, Implementation and Portfolio Performance in South Asia. The TA cluster subproject aims to institutionalize the development of ADB's capacity-building efforts in Sri Lanka through the following outputs: (i) CDRC program developed, (ii) monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) enhanced, and (iii) innovative and adaptive training delivery approaches implemented.

Early Warning System Project Analysis
For a project with severe or irreversible impacts to local community and natural resources, the Early Warning System Team may conduct a thorough analysis regarding its potential impacts to human and environmental rights.
