As stated by the ADB, the project consists of strengthening the transport sector through capacity development, policy advice, project identification, and support to prepare climate resilient and gender inclusive projects. TA subproject will help to identify and prepare future projects and programs.
ADB will engage individual consultants following the ADB Procurement Policy (2017, as amended from time to time). Individual consultants (11 person-months) will be engaged to provide specialized expertise, particularly in climate mitigation and adaptation, gender mainstreaming, and capacity building in disaster risk management.
