As stated on the project disclosure page, the ADB will engage the consultants following the ADB Procurement Policy (2017, as amended from time to time). Consulting services will include a suitable firm to prepare feasibility studies for at least two representative subprojects. Individual consultants will be engaged on competitive basis.
The project will focus on (i) Agricultural policy, institutional and capacity development, and (ii) Water-based natural resources management.
