The project will support the development of the Khushig Valley area as a green, resilient, efficient, and inclusive satellite city around the New Ulaanbaatar International Airport. The proposed satellite city aims to attract residents, public services, and economic activities currently overconcentrated in Ulaanbaatar, the capital city of Mongolia.
