According to the ADB, the transaction technical assistance will finance the preparation of Yerevan Urban Development Investment Project involving the construction of a 1.8-kilometer, six-lane access controlled urban road in Armenia. The TA will finance output 2 of YUDIP, i.e., institutional capacity for green, inclusive, and resilient urban development strengthened. Importantly, the concept sustainable mobility corridor project will advance the public transport system reform agenda. The technical assistance will also help the government complete climate change and safeguard assessments.
