Project Description

According to project documents:

"The Project entails the development of multiple rooftop solar photovoltaic facilities of 1MW or less on the rooftops of commercial and industrial buildings in Viet Nam, targeting a total aggregate capacity of 118 MW. The project sponsor has already completed and financed with equity the project's first 18 MWs.

A "single loan, multiple projects" financing structure will be used, whereby lenders will only disburse once construction of an individual rooftop installation is completed. The LTA will review and confirm that a subset of the subprojects have been designed and prepared in compliance with a pre-defined standardized framework, before disbursement can be made."
